If you have had a recent interaction with the surgery please rate us on 'how likely you would be to recommend us to your friends and family'. You can also leave comments on your recent experiences.

Solihull Healthcare Partnership endeavors to provide the best service to patients, however, if you feel this has fallen short you may choose to complain.
Most problems can be sorted out quickly and easily with the person concerned, often at the time they arise and this may be the approach you try first.
Where you are not able to resolve your complaint in this way and wish to make a formal complaint you should do so, preferably in writing as soon as possible after the event.
