Next Phase of Service Improvement
We have been working hard to improve our services based on your feedback. We continue to make progress with changes that improve managing your health and wellbeing needs.
To that end, we have introduced a new triage model to collect the right information to enable us to make the right decisions to help you in the most timely and efficient way. This means there are now several easy ways to contact our services - by phone, by visiting one of our receptions, or by completing an online form through our website. Once you submit a form, a member of our clinical team will review your request and decide on the most appropriate next step. This could include managing your request on the same day, arranging an appointment, referring you to another service outside SHP, or having a member of our admin team contact you for further information. Either way, you will be informed of the outcome on the same day as your request.
