We have been working hard to improve our services based on your feedback. We continue to make progress with changes that improve managing your health and wellbeing needs. To that end we have introduced a new online service and are streamlining how we work within SHP.
The new and improved online service ensures we collect the right information to enable us to make the right decisions to help you in the most timely and efficient way. By improving our internal processes and communication we hope you will notice the positive changes.
We have already started our transition. The first phase was implemented at the end of January 2025 and we now contact you via our new text messaging system.
In May we implemented the next stage, as we update our online consultation system from eConsult to Blinx Paco.
