Partnership update for patient contracts
To create a united, strong and viable organisation, our next step is the merger of our clinical systems and contracts.
What this means for our patients
This will take the Partnership one step closer to truly work in collaboration with one another. It will allow the Partnership to share specific expertise across our entire population and enable us to utilise this knowledge fully.
Dates to look out for
Whilst the Partnership is confident of its decision and reasoning to merge clinical systems, there will regrettably be some planned downtime to enable the IT team to work their magic.
During the following dates and times, the merging practice will lose access to their clinical system, we are therefore unable to safely offer appointments at the merging site during this time.
Phone lines at the merging site will be closed with Badger Out of Hours covering for any non-emergency, acute medical advice during this time. They can be contacted on: 0300 555 9999.

Following the merger completion
Following the merger all systems will be up and running and business will commence as usual.
Unfortunately, for those patients registered for Online Patient Services, access will be lost. Patients will need to collect a new registration token from their usual site to regain access. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We thank everyone for their patience during this transition and would like to offer our reassurances that the merger will improve service provision for our patients.
